Before joining ESA Partners in 2014, Marta Buckmaster has been active for 15 years in the financial world as well as in recruitment.
She held various positions with renowned institutions in Switzerland, e.g. Mirabaud & Cie, private bankers, where she spent 7 years and Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) for 6 years. In these first-quality Swiss banks, Marta Buckmaster was mainly active in the recruitment of banking specialists (audit, legal, compliance, risk management, tax, project management, consultant and IT).
In the early 2000s, Marta has also worked within an executive search firm dedicated to banking specialists.
Marta holds a commercial diploma, followed by a certificate in HR management. She completed numerous courses in the field of human resources and recruitment, including at the CRQP in Lausanne.
She speaks fluent French, English and Portuguese.
